Lectures
Walking tours become unwieldy with more than 30-35 people. I can also address larger audiences on urban geography, New York City, computerized property valuation, and urban data management. Some lectures command a fee; others are pro bono. (If it’s a nice day, I’d rather we were all outside!)
Audiences have included:
- AFSCME-DC37 Assessors Union
- American Institute of Real Estate Appraisers
- Hunter College
- Institute of Revenues, Rating and Valuation (Melbourne)
- International Association of Assessors Organization
